亞利桑那州是個傳奇的地方，更是礦物世界的天堂，本身就生產許多種礦物，造就了世界寶石及礦物的交易中心土桑市，而其金礦也相當有名，開採歷史很長，但是肉眼能見的自然金標本在礦石市場並不常見，如下圖之標本自然金〈重４０．８ｇ〉，從幾個面均可以看到金子顆粒，因此可以知道自然金是分怖在整塊母岩中，但外貌不佳，US$５就標到。
無疑的這也是件特別的金礦標本，地質條件也很特殊，需要再花些時間研究。
An excellent miniature sized specimen of Native Gold from Copperopolis. This specimen features small blebs of Gold contrasted by a brown iron-stained matrix. Best appreciated under magnification, but a good specimen for this seldom seen locality. This specimen is from the same small prospect where the Namibite was found.
